•    Commander Customization is back! You can now personalize the name of your Commander and choose what language they speak during battle. (see attached)

•    Dynamic Stat Support has been added for all equipment: upon mounting equipment to your vehicle the various stat displays will update to reflect the improvement that the equipment provides.
o    Note: Dynamic support for Commander Skills, Consumables, and Camouflage are still in development.
•    More Balance Updates: along with the Tanks Reforged, we have been doubling down on our efforts to keep the vehicles in top fighting shape with updates to many Cold War tanks and these WWII vehicles:

•    Great Wall has been updated and returns!

o    Received updated visuals with new Theater of War elements. Keep an eye out for incoming artillery shells and planes in aerial combat
•    The PBRS has received various improvements to add more vehicle information and the placement of the displays have been adjusted:
o    Added tank class icon
o    Added tier display
o    Updated the XP icon
o    Longer player names will now scroll
o    Premium vehicles will be displayed in gold font
•    Blind Pick: A new option has been added to Custom Games in support of our competitive community. Turning this option on allows players to keep their tank selection anonymous and ready up without other players in the lobby seeing what tank was selected.
o    When no tank is selected, the status will display as "No Tank".
o    When a player selects their vehicle, other players will only see "Ready" as their status.
o    This allows teams to more easily ready up their tanks before a match without having to worry about the other team knowing what vehicles were selected by their opponents.
•    New players are an integral part of the game, and their initial experience can make or break them. The first improvement you'll see is that players can now replay the Training Mission as much as they wish.
o    The next step is to help ease players into their multiplayer experience as they learn how to control their vehicles and how to damage the enemy. After completing Training, new players will be placed in the CoOp garage to play battles with other players against AI opponents.
o    Players can choose to exit CoOp and play Multiplayer. To help with this, we have adjusted how RNG works for new players in this mode. They will start off with having a smaller RNG range within the upper limits to give them a helping hand that will gradually expand as they play more battles. By the time they hit 100 battles, their RNG range will have expanded to the normal RNG range for all players.
•    Detailed Changes: for Brand New Players in Multiplayer PVP:
o    When shooting:
    Damage RNG starts at +20/+17 and expands to the normal RNG range, +20 / -20, by the 100th battle. (New)
•    This means a new player will never do more than any other player in the game in PvP but will have a lower min damage initially.
    Penetration RNG +20 /+17 and expands to the normal RNG range by the 100th battle. (No change)
o    When receiving shots:
    Damage reduced by 4% and expands to 0% damage reduction by the 100th battle. (New)
•    Fixes next Tuesday: lots of fixes including battle level tweaks on several maps, as well as collision issues and tons of various visual fixes. The final list will be confirmed in the Update Notes next week!
Other Topics:
•    Weekly shoutout: we looked at players’ driving skills with the wheeled vehicles this week!
o    Student driver award goes to SDKFZ88 - Played 159 matches, crashed to death 45 times and drowned 29 times for a 46.5% death by dangerous driving rate!
o    Ace driver goes to karsten_7719 - Played 252 matches and did not crash or drown at all!
o    Special mention: xBeast27x who earned a Tarczay's medal using the Premium EBR on February 6th. This medal is awarded to players who destroy five enemy vehicles and survive the battle despite receiving five different critical hits and losing 80% or more of their hit points.
•    The Assault Game Mode Poll was live this week and closed yesterday:
o    The results were heavily in favor of returning Assault Mode to PVP and PVE at a low %, with majority of players voting that the team should be both attacking and defending in PVE.
o    Given these results, we will move forward with returning Assault Mode.
•    Continuing development and testing WWII CoOp
•    Valkyria Chronicles are making a return!
o    Nameless and Edelweiss as well as two 2D Commanders

Q: Will the Ultimate Season Pass for Red Tigers be $6k Gold?
A: Yes!
Q: Any chance on reducing Cold War modules and tank prices?
A: There is a chance- but no promises are being made. This is something that is currently under investigation and discussion. When we have more info, we will share!
Q: Will there be any new 2D commanders?
A:  A new set is coming later this month!
Q: What are the next Tanks Reforged?
A: Next Reforged Hint: HEAT100
Q: Can secondary Weapon Systems be damaged?
A: Guns can be damaged, yes.
Q: Can Multiple Weapon Systems be implemented in WW2?
A:  Absolutely! This is something we’re hoping to do, as well as more for Cold War. Other things in discussion include Wheeled Vehicles for Cold War, and various Merc Tanks: Multiple Weapon Systems, Wheeled Vehicles, & Artillery
Q: What are the next maps to receive updates and return?
A: Great Wall comes Tuesday, Hidden Village is coming Mid-March, Pearl River coming at the end of March, Dragon Ridge coming middle end of April.
Q: When will the new Tier X tank skins be available- the ones we did a poll for a few weeks ago?
A: Next step is to get them fully concepted, but we will keep you all in the loop when we have an update to share.
